Wednesday: Sorry for no recent updates - BMD wiped me out! We hit 91° yesterday and that's just a taste of what's to come for all of next week. In the meantime, highs today near 90, then much cooler tomorrow and Friday (near 80). We'll slowly warm up Sat/Sun (mid-upper 80's), then BAM - into the 90's for all of next week (maybe 100 on Tuesday?).
Looking ahead... As it looks now, near normal temps as we close out July and turn the calendar to August. August has a high probability of near to slightly above normal temps. Fire danger will generally remain low over the next 2-weeks, but may push into the moderate category in some parts of the region (no worries).
Looking way ahead... La Nina will hang on for a third year (rare) which gives us better chances of a wetter fall.
