Coldest air of the season is likely to arrive during the middle and end of next week! Looking out to Halloween (preliminarily): temps look to be right around normal for the highs and lows will be a few degrees above normal and there's better odds for some rain.
Until then, a storm will bring about 1/3" or less of rain late Saturday evening through Sunday afternoon. The coldest storm of the season (so far) is expected to clip the area Tuesday evening. Both of these storms aren't expected to be strong, so no wind or heavy rain concerns. In fact, looking 10 days out, the North Pacific weather pattern doesn't appear to be supportive of major west-coast storms (at this time, may change).
