Dec 1: Today begins the Meteorological Winter, which is tied to temperatures and not to be confused with the Winter Solstice on Dec 21 (astronomical event). Weather-wise, same song and dance of strong high pressure through Wednesday with lows 28-32, stagnant air, and night/morning fog. SNOW HERE? AROUND DEC 12-14, things may start to get interesting with a possible very cold / strong winter storm affecting the PacNW / West Coast (snow levels to near 1000'?). Remember, this is not 100% and still far enough away for things to change. More details about this over the next few days.
