Don't forget to set clocks BACK one hour when you go to bed this Saturday. Seasonably strong storm will affect the region this afternoon through Friday night, 2-3" of total rainfall expected. A good burst of rain (~1/2") should occur this afternoon/evening, will back off a bit tonight, then be pretty solid Thursday morning through early Friday afternoon (another 1-2"). Wind gusts up to 20 mph and a few gusts to 30 mph possible at times. A rumble of thunder is possible. Halloween & Trick-or-Treating time will likely be rainy and breezy. Snow levels mainly 4000-5000'. This will be the first significant snows of the season in the Cascades, which can get 1-2 FEET above 6000-7000'! A much weaker storm arrives Saturday afternoon, followed by another on Monday which looks more potent than Saturday's (at least that's how it looks now). Again, Halloween & Trick-or-Treating time will likely be rainy and breezy.
