Sunday: Cool down on the way! We officially hit 95 in Cottage Grove today (at 3:10pm). It also feels a little muggy. Still warm on Monday (87-90), then much cooler and nice* through the Independence Day Holiday Weekend! High temps in the 70's over the holiday weekend.

*Be aware that Saturday and Sunday (July 2-3) may have a few isolated light showers with a small chance of a thunderstorm. Likely dry on July 4. At this time it does look like the highest threat for showers / thunderstorms will probably be from the Cascades eastward.

For BMD (July 14-16), at this time, odds are stacked against hot temperatures. I bet highs will be 75-85. Stay tuned, though, since things can change between now and then.
